Artificial Saltlicks and reforestation at Kaeng Krachan National Park, Phetchaburi, Thailand.
Advance Pharma companyhas cooperated with the staffs, from Kaeng Krachan National park, to construct artificial saltlick and reforest. They plan to rebuild ecosystem and improve nutrition supplements for wildlife.
2 sites of artificial saltlick and reforestation will be taken place within this area.
This is because Kaeng Krachan national park has enormous size and fertile. Anyway, this park had been lacking of grassland where food sources can be found for wildlife.
With this problem, many houses, around this area, were damaged. Elephants usually came out of forest to find food, by doing so, there are problems between humans and elephants.
Because of this problem, they launched projects, Grow plants for elephants and create food for wildlife honor. On the purpose of adding more food sources and water supplement for elephants. In addition, they launched more projects of elephants conservation and wildlife preserved. Regarding to this project, they created more artificial saltlick, grass plant and ponds for animals.
Nevertheless, they are not enough for wildlife.
Advance Pharma management team therefore has cooperated with Kaeng Krachan National Park to organize CSR activity. This activity includes
reforestation and artificial saltlick creation.
Expectantly, we could maintain and add more mineral nutrients back to the forest, in order to improve and balance the ecosystem.
